YOGA IN THE COMMUNITY

Yoga is such a wonderfully holistic and accessible way to look after ourselves both physically and mentally.
It allows us to move and nurture our body, calm our mind and feel connected, grounded and peaceful.
There is an increasing awareness that yoga is for everybody. My mission is to bring the benefits of yoga, mindfulness and relaxation to the wider community. I teach a variety of adult yoga classes including working with beginners who are new to yoga practice, or discovering yoga a little later in life. Alongside this I also teach yoga to children from age 3 upwards.
Whether you are looking to develop your fitness and flexibility , improve your breathing , relax and find positive ways to deal with stress, or practice yoga for self development, everyone can get what they need from yoga. Yoga can also be great fun too, and we all definitely need some of that!
